2.2 Story Content

We store the stories, screenplays, character data, analyses, storyboards, and other creative content you create on the platform. This content is stored in our database to provide the service.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, AI generations requested, timestamps, and device/browser information.

2.4 Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage tokens (JWT) to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Google AdSense, if enabled, may use cookies for ad personalization as per Google's policies.

• Google Gemini — Multi-turn story analysis, storyboard generation
• Leonardo AI — Character image generation, storyboard visuals, HD upscaling
• Google OAuth — Social login authentication
• Google AdSense — Advertisement display and personalization

Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We send only the minimum content necessary for the requested feature. We do not sell your content to any third party.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secure MongoDB databases. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), JWT authentication tokens, and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

• Access — You can view all your stories and account data through the platform
• Correction — You can edit your profile and story content at any time

7. Children's Privacy

Merakify is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
